Warmill found my review, and sent me this email;
"While checking our referrals I came across your review of our bases. I
saw the mention of one of the designs not being centred correctly, I had
created a couple of extra designs to go with the original designs prior
to cutting your order and clearly I hadn’t aligned that one as well as
I had thought! From the start we’ve aimed to make quality products, and
this oversight doesn’t sit well with us, so we’re going to correct the
error and send you some new bases to replace the incorrect ones.
Apologies for the inconvenience, especially with the delay due to the
lack of acrylic."
That's some damn good customer service right there! Thanks Warmill!
